Common Ways to Pay Your Water Bill
The District offers the following payment methods. Here are your options:
1. Online Payment
Currently we do not offer a online payment option on our end or accept credit/debit cards. You can however set up bill pay with your bank or credit card company.
2. Pay by Mail
Payment can be mailed to PO Box 369 Pittsfield, IL. 62363. Remit check or money order with your bill stub to the address above. Tips for mailing payments:
Send your payment early to allow for postal delivery time.
Include your account number on the check.
3. In-Person Payment
We accept payments at our office located at 1319 W Washington Street in Pittsfield. When paying in person:
Bring your bill or account number.
Know what individual's name the bill is listed under.
Payment can either be placed in the outside drop slot located on the front left side of the building, walk in to the District's office and pay at the window.
Payment can be either cash, money order or check.
